Kukere Sisters: Episode 2
"Oh my God! Are you serious?" Anna asked in sheer surprise.
"Yes, Sis I am for real".
"But I thought you said he was never ready, acting so indifferent, so how come the sudden change of heart?" Anna asks
"Anna dear, you don't know men, he took me by surprise oo, though he was not being plain with the proposal, but I know he meant it.
I never knew he will be considering marriage with me, that was why I never committed much into the relationship to avoid getting my heart shattered again" Onyi explains
"Hmm, OK but hope you have confirmed him, both in and out, especially on bed, and he is caring, not stingy and ......?"
Onyinye burst into laughter, interrupting her sister.
"To tell you the truth, I haven't tasted his performances on bed, all I know is that, he is romantic, so I guess he must be an expert in the digging."
Onyinye's last statement threw them off balance and their laughs filled the entire apartment, drawing Austin's attention. So he headed to the visitors room to know what was making her laugh like that.
Onyinye who was unaware that Austin was approaching the room maintained the call, audibly.
"But wait oo, you told me sometime ago you lied to him about being a virgin?" curious Anna asks
Onyi chuckled and replied "yes".
"And?"
"Yes, he bought the lie, thinking I was a virgin".
"Oh my God, how did that happen?"
At that moment, it reflected on Onyinye's feelings that Austin might overhear their discussion, so she decided to end the call.
"Let's talk tomorrow Sis, I have to disconnect the call now, I think he is approaching the room"
"Who is approaching the room?"
"Austin" Onyi whispers
"That means you are at his place, you lover girl" Anna said, teasingly.
Onyi laughed softly and ended the call.
On her turning over to the bed to drop her phone, boom!! Austin was standing right in front of the door.
Shocked Onyinye felt like disappearing into thin air. She started regretting why she left guard of her consciousness.
She said to herself: "There is no need, he heard everything, especially how I have deceived him all this times that I am still a virgin, if only he could give me a chance to explain my reasons, I never did it intentionally".....
