Occult Spirit Battle - episode 19 by Ngozi Lovelyn 

Damian had his pride wounded. His hands made a fist as he continued watching Mr Nduka walking up the stairs. He breath angrily and about loosing his temper, but then, it struck him to remain cool, "Well, it's your turn, keep playing as you want." 

He then started thinking on how to get inside that room. 

Mr Nduka was still walking calmly, having a huge sadness in his heart on what has befallen his family. He was lost to the world, thinking over everything, and didn't occur to him that Damian was following him.

The moment he opened the door, Damian pushed him hard inside and shut the door behind him.

"You were doing as you like abi" Damian said, giving a mean look, grabbing him by the collar, "You think you can humiliate me in front of everyone and get away with it" he then punched him hard on the face, making the old man to stumble for balance

"Anyway, I don't have time for you, yet. I only came for your useless wife. She think she can interfere in my plans. Do you know where she is? She is in the spirit world, trying to save Prisca. So, I have come here to make sure she is dead for real, since she is so eager to join the spirit world" Damian said, looking around the room to find Mrs Nduka

"And where is she?" he asked, checking the toilet. 

Mr Nduka reminisced his wife telling him that the battle they were facing wasn't a physical one. "Now I understand" he said in his heart.

"And where is she?" Damian asked rudely

Mr Nduka gave him a light taunting laugh.

"Damian, you chose the wrong family. You don't know my wife. The most powerful woman I have ever known. She is going to torment you until you finally loose your mind"

"Do you think I'm here for your your wife's biography? I said, where is she?" He asked, holding a handful of his shirt.

"She is already discharged. She is at home. I only came here to collect my phone which I forgot" Mr Nduka replied, watching him to know what his next action would be. 

Damian then thought of the best thing to do at that moment. 

Mr Nduka continued fixing a look on him.

He started walking closer, like an angry lion.

Mr Nduka noticed the fiery look blazing out from his eyes. As he was about shouting for help, Damian pounced on him, hit his head against the wall, with the intention of killing him.

And Mr Nduka sluggishly fell to the floor, hitting his head so hard.

Damian checked him and there was no pulse. 

He hurriedly left the room.

Finally, Damian had reached Mr Nduka's house but met no one there. He asked around, nobody agreed to have seen Mrs Nduka.

So he rushed back to the hospital, but Mr Nduka was no longer in the room, where he left him.

Mr Nduka wasn't on sight and neither was his wife.

He searched around for them, but luck wasn't shining on him. And he became anxious. 

He thought that, maybe they have found his body and then, thought it wise to leave the premises before someone identifies him, since he was seen with him earlier.
